Submission Guidelines for Nursing Masters
Go to the Nursing Masters Research page on FDP: http://fisherpub.sjfc.edu/nursing_etd_masters/
Click on the Submit Research link in the lower left.
Click Create new account if this is your first time submitting to Fisher Digital Publications.
- Use an email address that you will continue to use after you leave Fisher. You will receive a report each month that your thesis is downloaded.
- Enter your name as it appears on the cover page of your thesis. Do not include a suffix.
- Type St. John Fisher College as your institutional affiliation – this should fill in automatically as you type.
- Click "Sign up," and you will receive an email shortly to confirm your account.
Follow the link in the email to confirm your account and continue uploading. You will be asked to review and accept the submission agreement.
Enter the title.
Your name will be already filled in. If you have collaborators on the project, you can add an additional author with the button.
Select Date of Award/Publication: Enter the month and year your thesis was completed. For example,
April 2013, as below:
Document type: select thesis
Degree Name: M.S. in Advanced Practice Nursing should be preselected.
Supervisors: Enter the name of the instructor(s) or advisor(s) on your cover sheet, with no prefixes.
Subject Categories:ignore, Nursing is already filled in for you.
Abstract: type or paste your abstract here. Abstracts are very important. They increase the chances that your paper will be discovered by others.
Upload your file from your computer.
Ignore “additional files.”
Embargo Period: leave “No Embargo Required” unless you’re planning on submitting this thesis for publication and cannot publish it online yet.
Click Submit. Your item has now been queued for posting! It will be reviewed by a member of the FDP Staff and you will receive an email when it has been officially published to the FDP site.
