Abstract

Most school districts today are inclusive schools, which means students with mild to moderate disabilities are participating in general education curriculum. Recent studies have shown varying results as to whether this type of program is successful for these students. A survey was conducted in a small rural school district and seems to support the current research indicating the correlation between the training received and the willingness of teachers to educate students that have disabilities.
